Attainable Housing Program
attainable housing
At The Helm and Deemers Landing, we believe in supporting those who help serve and strengthen our community. Our Attainable Housing program offers apartment homes at reduced rental rates for households meeting specific income requirements. If your total household annual income is at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), you may qualify for these rent-adjusted homes. Living closer to work, school, and the neighborhood you love is within reach.

We are an Equal Housing Opportunity provider, committed to a fair, welcoming, and consistent application process for everyone.
